This application eliminates the need to log into vendor portal sites one-by-one to see if a product is in stock and obtain your pricing based on your account status.

PriceCompare allows you to search for products by UPC, name, or manufacturer part number.
PriceCompare will search across all your vendor catalogs and return values for any vendor that carries the item. Information displayed includes:
- Name
- Description
- IDs (UPC, part number, vendor SKU_
- Gun-specific information
- Image
Pricing and availability displayed is based on the API credentials that you enter into PriceCompare.

MicroBiz connects with the following distributors based on your online or API credentials. We are adding new vendors continually. If you don't see one of your key vendors below, please contact us.
Build Purchase Orders with Searched Products
Once you have identified which vendor you'd like to purchase the product from, you can build a purchase order for that vendor. You can enter in settings for minimum order quantities or dollar amounts. As part of this, any new items ordered from the vendor are automatically created as product records in your MicroBiz system, including the image description and product IDs.
Submit Orders Electronically
If supported by the vendor, you can submit your order electronically with one click. This will send order and item details to the vendor, including any item or order notes.
Reporting on all Draft and Open and Completed Orders
PriceCompare includes a reporting tool that allows you to view all items on draft, open, or completed orders. This will allow you to keep track of all the vendor orders and shipments on one dashboard. If you have multiple locations, the report can be filtered by individual store location or for all locations.
